Absolutely. You and I would be in jail for the same offense. She's not any more special than you or I. Frankly, the judge should not have given her 30 days to report, he should have had her marched directly to jail.
Perhaps now, she'll learn there are actually consequences for bad behavior. Something her parents apparently failed to impress on her.

She seems to take a casual attitude toward her drinking, speeding and driving problem, surely she can afford cab fares or a driver otherwise she should stay at home and party
