To my mind the difference between a sport and a pastime is the real possibility of some sort of injury. So whether snooker is a sport depends on where and against whom you play it.

yes because its on espn and so are darts. in fact darts have a world series and i always see pool on espn classic

yes.it is a sport.snooker is being played in the world series and commonwealth games ,and darts has its own world championship

yes they are. but i always felt it shouldnt be because it doesnt really make me sweat and lose calories
