I read this article and I couldn't help but be angry! Our government refuses to protect its own citizens from prosecution & harassment and is down right being discriminatory. If anything this article proves how ************ this government is. its 'fighting' for the 'freedom' of another country, yet refusing to treat all citizens equally-Nice job Bush!

Well, get more angry about these things: North American Union, Real ID, Mexican truckers getting total access to our roads without having any over site, NAFTA Superhighway, National Animal Identification System.
Our country has sold we, the people, down the river.

I read the article and it sounds like a waste of 10 million dollars to me, how did you get that this has something to do with protecting citizens from prosecution and harassment? It's about prosecuting hate crimes it said in the article. I say they can prosecute the crime like it is no need to call it anything else just to waste taxpayer money. Ohh by the way here come the vetoes and the dems can't override any of them, too bad lol! I say good job bush.

Try just a little bit to do more investigating please. The Clinton News Network is not a very reliable source of information. Do not try and blame this on the president as well. Have you not seen the many rogue judges in our country today ? Many of these twits have been there far longer than Bush has.

Why does everything have to be a hate crime? What happened to free speech?
Example: Imus runs off at mouth it is hate crime. Artist puts rosary into bottle of urine and it is free speech! Seems like hate the Christians to me.
I think murder is murder no matter what the reason.
