I'm wondering if this is compatible or if there is more hidden information that I need to know?

The 7600GS has an AGP version. Its power consumption could be a few watts higher than the 27watts of the PCIe version. Your PC should have at least a 300W power supply. If you need to upgrade power supply, better get a higher rated one so that it runs cooler and you have room for future upgrades.

From what I see, the graphics card is a PCI express card. The only thing I can see at dealtime about the computer is that it's AGP video output. That could just be the default but you should check more on the computer to be sure it has a PCI express slot.
If it does, the card should work.
If it doesn't, find an AGP card.

Just a little advise, The 7600 GT with 256 mb DDR3 will crush the the 7600 GS with 512 mb DDR2. And not to much difference in price.
You may want to look for a video card here.
