Sounds like you are suffering from anxiety or depresson. You should talk to a therapist or a psycholigist and really be honest with them to try to figure out why you are feeling that way and how you will feel better. Definately try that before taking any medications. Talking to a psychologist or therapist really can help if you work with them and doesn't mean you are crazy or have mental problems. Everyone goes thorough times like that, you aren't alone.

Do not be scared, because there are many ways to help yourself. However, the symptoms you describe sound like depression or another mental disorder. This is a serious condition and you should seek medical attention right away.
It is understandable that you do not want to be seen as weak, but mental illness is not a weakness, it is a disease just like the flu or cancer. You can overcome it and enjoy life again. Also, you are not at all alone with this feeling. There are many, many people living with these same feelings who also haven't told anyone. I do not know where you live, so I cannot specifically suggest where you can find help. The best resource is your doctor. He or she will be able to diagnose you and find the best way to help you. If you do not have access to a doctor, there are most likely hot lines you can call in your area, or agencies that you can contact who would be more than willing to help you. Please take this seriously. You are not weak, and there is a way to feel "normal" again. Good luck.

oh
by reading your question i feel i have problem too!

i think if you should have an aim in your life
1-so you can concentrate in you r aim and the studies, works that is related to it.
2- when you have something to do ,that is your studies , you concentrate to it, then you can sleep easily.becoza you feel tired by the end of the day
3-in order to do for example you job, you need to have a good relationship with those who you work for, so you should have a cheerful face to keep touching others.

good luck

Yes, anyone in their eighties. You are too young to be experiencing these symptoms. You should go see a doctor immediately. The drink is certainly not helping. As a matter of fact aren't you sure it is the main cause? Alcohol is a depressant.

Please go see a counselor or a therapist. It sounds like you might be dealing with some depression and are trying to deal with that by drinking which is not the way to go about it. Please seek out help. Are you in college? If so go to your school's health center, there should be a counselor there taht you could see for a few times for free. If not go to your regular doctor and talk to them. Whatever you do though, you need to get help.

these are all the symptoms of depression. medication for this problem will reduce your symptoms and you will start feeling like a normal person again. You have to go to your medical doctor and explain how you are feeling just like you have here. The doctor will determine which anti depressant medication is best for you.
