Russia Never was attacked By Islam (in recent History) No Cole Incedent, No WTC 93 and No 9/11. They do have these Radical Islamic attacks though.

OK! My understanding is that Alqida and similar
organizations will go any where that Muslims are under aggression to fight. When Communism collapsed Chechen which is a Muslim Country wanted independent, but Russia is against it. No radicals followed Russia home
There are no terrorist or insurgents in Iraq, just people fighting for their country.

Those incidents were the result of unrest within their own borders. Those terrorist didn't follow the troops home from Afghanistan.
It's unlikely that a group of people in New Jersey would suddenly become terrorists just because we withdrew from Iraq.

Al Qaeda also took credit for the collapse of the Soviet Union among the Afghanistan people. A ridiculous claim but with mainly tribal people it worked. This is one of the reasons that Al Qaeda gets so much aid and shelter in the Afghanistan /Pakistan area.
