I mean, there is nothing better out there for you?

Or, have you made compromises and are willing to deal with them?

My mate is my one and only. I mean no one is perfect and I think any relationship has to have compromises, but I did not settle for anything less than what I wanted in a mate. He is my best friend and I wouldn't want anyone else.

For sure, for over 17 years married. Did not "settle". Every marriage has compromises!

My husband is my one and only. Although there are compromises in any relationship, I don't feel as though I have compromised in choosing my husband.

there are how many people on this planet?????

finding your " one and only " in this vast expanse.....is quite rare.

marriage / partnership is all about compromises.

it appears, that there is a lack of willingness to compromise today ( that was most evident in past years )

which I'm sure has contributed to the high divorce rate.

One and only for over 20yrs, and as far as if there
is someone better out there then that would be
called cheating to find out so I could care less as
she is the one and only for me.
