Edit: The real tightness was on yesterday and explained it. She is legit. Some one cloned her picture and name and started asking racist stuff yesterday. I guess they continued today. The q's I flagged yesterday are gone, they made a new account.

I agree above user is immature, but the answer is simple.
Young children should not be allowed to wonder round the Internet, yahoo answers or otherwise.
Tis a strange place the internet, and no place for a child to be roaming around unsupervised.
