If i am 17, i started my period at 12 and am mature and tall does that mean that my breasts are fummy developed or could they still grow, and i know if you gain/lose weight your breast size can change but otherwise???

Well let's just say that when I was 20, and first got married, I was a 34DD. I think becoming sexually active jump-started my hormones or something because I am now 21 and a 36G!

Oh also, going on birth control made me gain 2 cup sizes within the first 3 months!
Overall though, I gained 4 cup sizes:

DDDD / F
FF
G
There's still hope! LOL trust me! I started my period late like you, at age 14, so maybe that's why.
Also, by getting pregnant, your breasts will grow significantly.

They may grow up until your 20's.
Gaining and losing weight CAN affect your breast size, though if it is gaining or losing a little bit of weight it might not affect it at all.
Working out I did not lose any in my breast size and I was a 38J and not too overweight.
I know some people who have lost and gained a cup size working out, it all depends on how much fatty versus dense tissue is in each breast.

I'm 20 and have very very small breasts. I'm doubting they'll grow anymore, but I'm sure they will if/when I get pregnant.
