Do you mean ancient (as in really old) music? The trouble is with that is that most music wasn't written down - what was written down was done by monks, and so it's almost all gregorian chant. Folk music was passed down aurally. The ancient greeks wrote down some music, so it should be possible to find scores/recordings of that, there are some here (you'll need realplayer to listen) http://www.oeaw.ac.at/kal/agm/ The Romans did this less so, so we know little of their music.

Most music wasn't notated until the Baroque, though there is quite a lot of medieval music that is written down - though almost all of it before the 13th century is plainsong. By the 15th century we get records of madrigals. Music prior to this was handed down in much the same way as literature.

If you want to hear some very old music you only have to listen to folk songs - many of these have been around for hundreds of years. You could also listen to gregorian chant, plainsong and madrigals. You could also try listening to carnatic and hindustani music from India which is also around 500 years old. However, for truly ancient music you must turn to China - they have had a musical tradition since at least 250 BC, possibly for a thousand years longer, many pieces performed today are almost the same as they were 2000 years ago.
