what makes each person happy is relative to that person,,,,,,,, most people need both some level of emotional bonding with others, and material things,, also, happiness is not an overall thing,, it comes in parts,, its quite possible to be happy in some areas of your life, and unhappy in others,,,,,, as to general happiness , that too depends on the person,, and the point they are at in their life,,,,,,,, so it really would depend on what makes you happy, to then be able to decide if someone else could be happy without it

You are what makes you happy. Everything else is just gravy.

Some people think money, power, fame, material things will make them happy. The truth is that if you don't love yourself nothing will fill the void, nothing will be enough, you'll never be happy. If you do love yourself, then you have all you need & you can't help but be happy.

You dont need jesus to be happy. I am happy every day and i think jesus is an idiot and that its just a made up fairy tale.

Many people are happy just to be alive each day. The essentails that we have you can easily live with out. All you need is food, water and shelter. Plus a friendly smile every once in a while.

You will learn as you progress in life, money or materials that you have accumulated will not give you peace and happiness. When you are surrounded with all that money can buy, think about how would that create inner joy.
