Is it a bad thing for my husband to call himself sexy, but yet complain about the parts of him that arent completly toned to perfection ? I wonder if he is judging me by such high standards. he is only six foot tall and weights over 200 .. his goal is to be 250. even if toned , isnt that a bit heavy ?

It is good that he has self confidence and is concerned about his figure. Do not bother it is a temporary phenomenon and he is not judging you by such standards till he start comparing. Enjoy his new passion.

Muscles weigh more than fat. So 250 pounds of muscle looks better than 250 pounds of fat. I'd rather have a guy that's not so heavy but toned. Muscles don't turn me on very much. Tight toned bodies...male or female...do it for me.

Your husband is an arrogant, image conscious man. 250 is pretty big, but if all muscle would still look good.

not at all, if he feels sexy, so be it...it's also a matter of self-confidence, how you carry yourself.
