Depends on how long you have been married.( usually you have to be married for quite along time before she would be entitled to any money, unless there are children involved, then of course you have no choice but to pay child support for your children) It sounds to me you have reason for Divorce ADULTERY!!!! Explain to your Lawyer that your wife has been unfaithful several times and you can't deal with it anymore, I'm sure he will make sure she doesn't get a dime!!!P.S. you should try and get out as soon as possible, if she's done it several times she will keep on doing it, she obviously has no respect for you. It's time to move on and get Happy again!! Good Luck

Okay, first thing "alumni" is not the word you're looking for. It refers to former student's of a school.

If the divorce is uncontested, that implies that you and your spouse agree on the terms of the divorce. So if you say no alimony, and she agrees, then you don't have to pay.

Realistically, her being unfaithful may have absolutely no effect one way or the other in your divorce. Basically it boils down to one of two things. Do you have kids? Have you been the only income earner? If you have kids, 95% chance she'll get custody and you'll pay child support. If she hasn't been working and can make a case that she's now dependent on your income, you may have to pay alimony.

I'd suggest you go for a consultation with an experienced divorce lawyer. He'll be able to tell you what you can expect.

Good luck to you.

Eligible for "alumni"??????? I believe your are trying to say "alimony".
It is most likely not going to stop. Get a divorce but make sure you have a very very Good lawyer. I know a guy that divorced his wife (she admitted to cheating in court) and he still had to pay her alimony because the judge said she was accustomed to the life style he provided during the marriage.
Bests the S--t out of me.

No, because the affairs more than likely were the cause for the break up for the marriage. Although most states are no fault, speak to a lawyer as soon a possible.

I dont think so, infact you should have proper evidence before divorce which help you at the time of judgement in court, if she do so, other wise its a problem she can claim any point of time.
