Yes, I can. Have traveled extensively in that region and can distinguish women from their actions, skin color and eye slants.

Yes, I can quite often distinguish the difference between the three nationalities at a glance. The clothing they wear helps me to further identify them, and as soon as they start speaking - it is a give-away.

yes, among the nationalitites in asia these 3 are the most similar t each other but if you have well from my experience that is, encountered a person from each country, you would be able to distuinguish what that person's nationality each, because though they look the same, there's something about them that's distinctively different from the other and sets them apart and allows other people to identify them or their nationality.

♡Honestly~NO...until they start speaking of course. Then I can distinguish quite easily.
(My hubby is Japanese, by the way.)
