Do you think it will be cheaper to fly from a busier airport? e.g. mumbai or bangalore?
I'm not looking for a direct route.

Since you are not looking for a direct flight, I would suggest you to go for Jet Airways or Sri Lankan Airways for a better travel deal.

Ther are many options available for you. You can fly "Jet Airways" from Mumbaoi if you wanna travel to Kuala Lumpur or Singapore, or else to other locations is South East Asia, you can fly the national airlines of the particular countries or even Indian Airlines or AIr-India. Mumbai Airport has the best connectivity amongst airports in India.
