Maybe you got a virus from crappy websites.

Check Event Viewer to see if there is any information about what is causing this to happen.

Start->Settings->Control Panel and double click on Administrative Tools. Select Event Viewer and then select each category to see if there are any errors. Double click on the Errors and see what informtion it has. There is a link to Microsoft with more information and a possible fix for that error.

hmm can u be a little more specific please .. like what does the screen say or does it make a beep sound when it restarts or any blue screen ?
