Judgement is the ultimate no-no.
And the ultimate temptation.
One of the fulcrums of my work with people is to help them to stop judging their feelings, pain, everything.
Judgement is all pervasive - and is the one thing above all others, in my opinion, which holds us back from our joy.
Here is a quote from a famous Zen master for you; 'The great way is not difficult - for those who have no opinions'.
Are our opinions judgements? They certainly are!
Show the world a way to let go of its judgements, Mistress She, and you'll have done it the greatest service a woman could do.
(I think you're an interesting person. BIG judgement.)

I try not to be judgemental, but I know that this is not always the case. When I see what perceive to be bigotry, I get angry without even thinking of the possible reasons behind the statement which upset me. It can take several hours, or even days, for me to calm down and look at both sides of the story. It shows that I'm human, I guess.

I only judge those who judge however I have to apologise to Andrew because I gave him a dirty look when I was paranoid and got the wrong end of the stick, Emma because Steven told me he had sex with my wife and I couldn't take on other peoples emotional baggage so I blurted out something horrible that was unforgivable and then lied to cover my ***.

Cath is a hard working, bright, caring and warm cat.

Re my own personal life; David I'm sorry because you were right, I did want to date Alison.

i think it's human nature to be judgmental and comparative and the like. but because we are compassionate and free-thinkers and malleable, you have a sliding scale of judges and it would depend on whether or not we have empathy for those that would be judged. even if we never open our mouths, we pass judgment on people we see every day. and especially drivers that should absolutely NOT have a bloody drivers license.

I'm not too judgemental. I prefer to get to know someone first and then make my mind up. I'm more judgemental with myself more than anything else!!!! Nice to see your questions are still thought provoking!!!!!

Not very judgemental at all. I have made plenty of mistakes in my life. I do have standards and boundaries, but try not to make judgements.
