I think he is asking if "Autistics were born with their disability or if they just developed it from playing on the computer."

The answer is that it usually develops from birth. Some children are born fine and develop it as they begin to mature into teenagers.

I work with autistics and I believe they don't think nothing about their disability but.. nothing about their disabiltity, nothing about their disability, their disability, nothing, nothing, nothing. Yes, the computer had taken over their minds. Pretty sad, huh?
