Go to optout.com, google's postmaster address is listed there, there are also listed a whole bunch of others, including mass spammers, however only e-mail them if you have a problem, otherwise you'l be updating them with your e-mail address(counter productive?)

dont just open it ignore it and then after few montha even if you try opening it wont
