After USA, 5th is UK(considering developed countries only),
BUT the no. of rapes in UK per 1000 people is half that of USA ( 14 as opposed to 30)
Heard so much about its law an order system of the US!!
How safe is it living in America ? Many stats about USA are shocking for "the best" country in the world.

no doubt that USA is a very good country, but
the "best" tag has a lot to do with the military power and size of the country.
as such the Scandinavian countries are the best.

You should take your data a step closer to break out the facts. First of all, the statistics clearly show that the rapes are caused mainly (87%) by minorities. The facts speak loudly as to where the crime is in the USA. A web site was forced to be taken down by the NAACP because some individual started posting data that is public domain data depicting that the blacks were overwhelmingly causing the bulk of the crime in America. A close second are the Hispanics. Just look at the prison population for the racial mix. Like I said, the facts speak for themselves. Still, I'd much prefer to live in the USA than any other country, especially a theocracy such as Iran. There, you lose a body part for a crime. How civilized is that? I view the many (if not all) the middle eastern countries the same as the ancient Actezs, the people that liked to cut out a beating heart and throw the body down the stairs of their temple. The only difference between them and modern day theocracy is technology. But anyone or any culture that will chant "Allah is great!" as they are cutting off the head of an innocent is no different than the bloodthirsty and ignorant ancient Aztecs.

Where would you want to live, Africa, the Balkans, Iraq or one of those Countries? I don't think you have very accurate figures my friend.
From what I read Africans females were getting raped by the thousands recently, the Balkans, raped and killed when finished so there weren't any witnesses. Half or more of the near Eastern Countries treat their women as servants not even allowed to walk the streets alone. Some of the Asian Countries sell their daughters, China still sell their daughters for barter.
So, my friend, if you don't want to live in the U.S. where you don't have to pay the police to come out, like Mexico, or some other South American Countries, move, it's the easiest way, let us know how you make out.

people will have to learn to live a prolonged married life with the same spouse... then this problem may vanish almost 95%...
look if elders change spouses frequently then what would children learn?
you will have to be cautious against child abuse also...
