"120 pages of reading" ?? Is this from a book or is it on 8 1/2 X 11 Paper? You might check out the products Paper Port and Omni Page and see if these will do what your looking for. Probably the best way to send it in a e-mail is in a PDF format (1 File, multiple pages)

PDF it

then use Zip or WinRaR to compress the file

scan as pdf
merge pdfs
attach it in email
send it
