Has anyone ever used a do-it-yourself divorce? What are the pro's and con's? I have seen where you can download and print out everything you need for it online.

try filing no contest if you both want out of it, and there are no property or children involved. Annullments are usually made by a minister and you would have to testify that you haven't had sex or weren't of mental capacity when you got married, depending on where you got married.. otherwise, get some money together for a lawyer and prepare yourself for a year if not more of legal preceedings.

It doesn't really work that way at all. All States have different rules and regulations. Your speaking about an annulment most likely.
If you have no property, no children and your both looking for a legal "get out of jail card" then go to your court house and see what they say about an annulment. You may be lucky, if not get about two grand together for an attorney.
