I think you have typed it wrongly.It should be
(3x+2y)^-(x-3y)^2
=(3x+2y+x-3y)(3x+2y-x+3y) [a^-b^2=(a+b)(a-b)]
=(4x-y)(2x+5y) ans.

(3x+2y)^2-(x-3y)^2
=[(3x+2y)-(x-3y)][(3x+2y)+(x-3y)]
=(3x+2y-x+3y)(3x+2y+x-3y)
=(2x+5y)(4x-y)
