No it is not a good idea. It seems like you are looking for a relationship without commitment like you would have with a married woman. This kind of thing only causes problems for everyone.

Do you like to live dangerously? You'd be playing with fire, that's for sure. Would you want to be responsible for breaking up a marriage? And if she'd cheat on her husband, she'd cheat on you, too. Bad idea. Morally a bad thing to do. Now, formerly married women would be great.
