Of course! I'm in the USA and I answer questions all the time..Like right now! :] But it's not just USA. The whole world could pretty much access this site.

Yes... I am. I have to be honest though. I have noticed A LOT of people on here are asking questions and answering questions that are barely understandable. So, I could see where that question is coming from.

i am but anyone who speaks english, no matter where they are, can answer or post questions...just like if u speak a foreign language, u can go on some of the international sites & ask & answer...i like to visit the french & brazilian sites to practice my french & portuguese!!!
