was discussing this with a guy at work. the consensus was that (1) it will take two days to book her into jail, what with all the autograph seekers, reporters, overseas television crews, etc. (2) that she will be held in segregation, and probably not even SEE another inmate for the entire time she is there (3) 6 months would have been a more appropriate sentence and (4) when she gets out, she will immediately go for counselling, etc to overcome her "tragic" mistake.

No. 45 days jail time isn't too harsh for anything. She was already on probation and the 45 days was for violating probation.

I honestly dunno, but it would do the rich, spoiled, snobby little debutante some good to see the other side of life for a change!
Her show "The Simple Life" didn't really teach her anything, cuz it was "safe" and mostly staged.
The shame is that she'll probably be treated like royalty in jail! Remember OJ?!!!

How much do you think he would have given you or me for 3 DUI's and driving on a suspended license, AND being late to court??

not like she will be in the actuall pen. she will probably be held at the Carlton. If he is real harsh, he may make her stay at the motel 6.

she got it for driving under a suspended license. she claims no one told her abt it. but judging wise i think why should she go to jail with murders, rapers, and theifs for driving (knowing or not knowing, who cares)?
