go to ebay.com and change your password NOW.

Never click on links in your emails unless you know the person sending you the link. if it is for any company that deals with credit, cash, paypal do not even think of clicking it go to the site it says it is from manually ie you open the browser and type in the web address you always use (ie ebay.com, paypal.com) if you do get these types of emails contact the customer service via the website you type in they may ask you to forword the email to them so they may check it.

Had you just opened up an acct w/them? If not, are you certain it was actually from ebay? There was an email scam going on in the last year from an unknown company claiming to be from ebay asking you to please log in and verify your personal info. My friend got her identity stolen this way. I also received this email and I didn't even have an ebay acct at the time so I knew it wasn't valid. I would log directly into your ebay acct next time and update your info that way...don't use the link this email provided..I have a feeling it wasn't genuine.

do not click on any emails for ebay or paypal most are fishing scams to get your info

just goto ebays main page log in

it will let you know if there is anything you need to do there. I got a lot of scams sent to me. I hear ebay is worste for fishing scams sent to its users. bottom line just be real careful to only log directly into ebay and dont clikc links in emails, use the ebay message service if you need help or to respond to ebay requests, if they are real requests they will be in message box on ebay web site.

It's a scam! Ebay NEVER sends out letters for registration.
Don't give them ANY of your info, just delete it.
