i dont know i feel like my brest are taking so long to get bigger.im a 38a i mean ther are small and cute but i want to know if i can have them bigger.not huge but a natural nice size.

there is nothing you can do but let nature take its course
get pregnant, or gain lots of weight, or have surgery.
or wait till you are done growing.

This isn't a question EVERY teen asks... my question was how can I make my breasts grow SLOWER. I hated having boobs. I was in 5th grade with a C cup. Try that out when everyone else has A cups and everyone is making fun of you saying you stuff your bra. Exercise actually makes boobs smaller. Boobs are basically just fat. When I gained a lot of a weight last year, I gained mostly boob and butt weight. Depending on what kinds of exercises you are doing, you may actually be preventing yourself from breast growth. Try to stay away from gym machines that exercise your chest. Focus more on arms, legs, butt, and stomach than your chest. And enjoy your flat-chested days. At least no one makes fun of you for "stuffing" :-(

Small soft breasts are nice to touch. You can always wear padding to make your clothes look fashionable. If you are 38, you may be on the pudgy side. It isn't worth it to gain more weight to maybe get bigger breasts. There is a big difference between looking good in clothes and being good in bed.

Your breast size is determined by your genetic make-up and can't be determined by what you eat or by doing some sort of exercise. Exercise will be important to keep your muscles strong to support the girls - especially as you get older. Usually you can tell what your bust and body shape will look like is to by looking at your mother. Otherwise, the only other way to get breasts enlarged is to see a plastic surgeon.

if you are seriously intrested in making your breast grow faster.
there is a method which i saw in Discovery channel
a guy in Hong kong who made a cell ringtone with baby cries and made a woman to listen to it 10 times a day for 20 days and after 20 days the breast size of that woman grew, her bra size increased by 2 to 3 sizes.
before you listen to baby cries try to relax your mind and the listen. it is a natural instinct for woman when they listen to baby cries their brain sends signal to the breast to grow big to produce more milk. of course if you are not pregnant you wont be milking so only your breast size increases.

YOu can't make them grow with food unless you want to pack on pounds at the same time. You will grow them, when you grow them. There's nothiing wrong with the size thay are, trust me I have 38dd's and wish to god I didn't have them. They get in the way and bra's get uglier the larger they get.

The only "natural" way you can make them bigger is to eat more and gain weight, which will also make them bigger. Herbal drinks and creams are proven not to work. The only other real way to get them bigger is to get plastic surgery make them appear bigger with padding.
