Because he's not going to win. He's polling poorly. I really like the guy and I plan to support him if he's still in the race by the time of the Republican primary, but that's fundamentally the reason.
His own party doesn't really support him. He's libertarian-leaning and against the war. That doesn't make him all too popular. He's awesome, though. I recommend that those who are unfamiliar with him check out his website. He's quite intelligent and has some great ideas. I really admire his respect for the Constitution.
