By national game, if you mean most popular, then I'd say baseball and soccer are the two national sports of Japan.

I would say Judo or Karate for Japan, traditionally! Is baseball still popular now? And...the most unique one - SUMO!

Kung Fu or Taichi for China (at any age you can play Taichi ...:P)...

Games... - Mahjong for China! hahaha.. nah.. instead of wei qi, i would say 將棋 Jiang Qi - it is easier and popular in China. My dad plays it almost everyday.

Pachinko for Japan??? I don't know and I would like to know the answer too.

The Chinese call it "wei qi", and the Japanese call it Go.
It is the same game. Also, the Koreans call it "paduk."
