There was a guy who used to hang around downtown a lot. He dressed as well as he could and thought he was a politician running for office. He would stop sometimes to try and get votes from people who quickly realized "the lights were on, but the doors were bolted shut and nobody had been home for years."
He would wave to imaginary crowds of admirers and then walk on. I was honestly kind of scared of him at first, but he was harmless. Just a flawed person in his own way, like most people only to an extreme.

There's this guy I used to work with on Graveyard shift. He is kind of in a stage of arrested development because he's had the same mindless job for so long and they only thing he spends his money on is beer, video poker, drugs and candy bars. Oh he also is partially deaf, has a glass eye and is a horrible racist. But I love the guy. Always good for a laugh.

I know this fellow, who among other things, makes that fake puching noise with his mouth while walking by himself. He also tells people if he's about to hit on them and salutes his teachers... So many more stories...

The person that lives in my bathroom mirror. Every morning he is cranky and surly and cussing me out. And durn is he ugly too.

well, i used to think she was strange, but now i think she's adorable! This little old lady that lives around the corner. she talks to the snails and tries to convince them to stay off of her flowers.
when i recommended trying one of those snail sprays, she looked at me horrified and said
"thats just downright cruel!"
now we are fast friends and she bakes me pies. i heart her.
