He's probably friends with Baron Davis as it seems Baron is pretty popular with the in crowd. Baron grew up with the Game and is his kid's godfather.
Snoop's probably jumping on the backwagon because the Lakers got bounced and the Warriors are the it team now. I remember after the Angels won the world series I saw Snoop in concert and he was all decked out in Angels clothes. I doubt he was an Angels fan before that. The dumb thing is was that I was seeing the concert in San Jose CA. Think about it Snoop, did we wanna see Angels colors after the Giants just lost to them?

snoop can go anywhere he damn pleases, he's got the money too anyway. yes he is a lakers fan but he is probably even a bigger basketball fan and anyone who loves the game of basketball would have loved to have been at that game....

Yeah, he is, he was interviewed after the game and he talked about he's rooting for all California teams. I was thinking wtf, where was he the last 13 years when the Warriors sucked??? He's just another celebrity bandwagon like Kate Hudson and Jessica Alba. They know their team (the Lakers) suck, that's why they will find another team to show off their egotistical faces.
I wish they would go back to LA, I don't want the Oracle Arena to be another LA. They're just wasting seats that should be for real Warrior fans.
