3. Once they arrive, begin to do a proper rain dance.
4. If the rain god Chichiwakadingdong approves, it will rain.
5. Grab the person while they are baffled by your succes and smack a big one on the lips.
6. Run away very fast if they dont start to kiss you back.

1) Look up a weather report for your town to see when you will be getting rainy weather soon.
2) Plan a picnic with your crush/boyfriend/husband on that day in the early afternoon BEFORE it rains.
3) Have the picnic at a nearby park.
4) Take a walk- and it will soon start to rain.
5) The moment will come.
