I had a good fall term of freshman year (above a 3.7) but spring term i screwed up. I got two Cs and a D. Can i recover from this and still get into med/pharmacy school?

You need to retake the D class because med/pharmacy schools don't accept anything less than a C. To recover, you'll have to do really well next fall. It is not impossible.

Yes easily, if you are paranoid just retake the classes and get better grades.
