My dress is red and my accessories are silver. My dates tux is black and red. We ordered my corsage and the roses will be red and the bow will be red. Is that too much red or should I change the flower white or the ribbon silver? Prom is next weekend and I think I am just freaking out over nothing. hehe

welll.. your dress is red and your date's tux is black and red.. it is ok what..?? cause you both are together, you two are dates..!! so it is match and nice for you two to walk together.
as for the accessories that you are gonna wear... silver will brighten up your dress.. it is ok .. and it is very nice when match with silver..
for the roses.. if you think that you wanna change just change...
for the meaning of white roses.. is pure love... so you can mix it

let people see the beautiful you.. wearing red colour is a good idea that the whole people in the hall was like..

Personally, I would do red and white roses in the corsage.. Maybe a 2 rose corsage?

yes too much red & thats strange coming from me because red is my favorite color but you don't want everything to blend in like camoflauge. Do alighter color rose & maybe have the florist spray a little red if you have to have it but do the silver bow.

I think theres too much silver, red is classic, any other flowers would give off diffrent intentions and meanings,
If your tan, red will look great on you! but if your pale, not su much,

why not do a silver ribbon with black trimming and red rose.It'll look good w/ your dates tux.Don't freak out you'll look beautiful and no you aren't wearing too much red

I think a white rose would be better...
it would offset the red and play up your silver accessories.

i suggest you change the ribbon silver.
it would make the flower stand out more.

Your freaking out over nothing. It is unlikely any one will mistake you for a prostitute at your Prom. Stay off 56th streeth though.
