am i the only one who gets tired of seeing rich celebs walk free for a crime, while the rest of us would go to jail for it.. do u think that if a person is a celbrity the should walk free. or the same laws for ALL people

i fully agree with you. but i guess a fair government will give you the rights to bail or fines. and since their celbrities and all, they can pay for it. i think they should be sentenced to community service even if they pay for fines and bail

the laws should apply for all people,celebrity or not. if you are guilty then you are guilty. if you comitted a crime then you must pay the price for your actions. celebrities are human just like the rest of us.they aren't gods. therefore the rules which apply to us "regular people" should apply to them as well. being in jail or paying a fine is not really gonna hurt them because they will be barely losing anything. and also they have huge bank balances so they won't have to worry about financial woes. they should not be given special treatment for their "celebrity" status.

The better question is why should they be allowed to get out of it... this not only goes for celeb's.. but for the super rich!
We have laws that are meant to be followed by all to protect all...

i imagine they sense like they haven't any limitations and the regulation would not observe to them. some if not all, merely make stupid blunders and do not study from previous reviews that could want to were prevented; as an celebration, Paris Hilton might want to have prevented going to penal complicated if she merely suggested the guidelines.

I'm glad that Paris got sentenced to prison. Will be interesting to see how she goes in there. Some massive woman will be carrying her around on her fist. I hope she will learn her lesson, I don't imagine it will be pretty for her.
