i would love to see Red Sox-Mets for a few reasons
1. A possible matchup of Pedro-Schilling
2. 2 of the best closers in the game
3. Great players like Ortiz, Ramirez, Reyes, Beltran
4. 2 huge cities passionate about baseball
5. No Yankees!

Orioles vs. Pirates (Orioles to get one back on Pittsburgh for '71 and '79).
If it can't be the Orioles though then I'll go for the Twins vs. the Mets.
I think the Mets are the best team that the NL has to offer with Wright, Reyes, Beltran, and their pitching staff is pretty good. And even though I didn't like the Orioles getting swept by the Twins early in the season, I liked the way Minnesota played from what I saw. They have an airtight defense, they can beat you with small ball, base-running, and timely hitting. Then there's that Johan Santana guy...

I would love to see the Brewers vs. Indians. Two very low market teams (Brewers 18th and Indians 22nd) in the World Series would be the BOMB!! GO BREWERS!!
