You know what he can be your friend living someplace else. Just be honest. Say you are a great friend but I do not think we make very good roomates. But is he really that great of a friend if he does not mind using you for a free place to live.

Ok...this should be easy...your "buddy" sitting on his ***...tell him to get a job,or you will have no choice, explain that you are great friends, but you make a bad roommate...too many friendships end this way do this before he leaves you with all the bills and you in debt..I hope this helped...

Tell it like it is. If you are trying to offer him an advantage and he missuses you then you are really giving him a disadvantage.

If he is a friend he will realize this and adjust. IF you lose him, he wasn't really a friend but a leach.

Let a bill go unpaid until a service is canceled. Preferably something that's in his name.

Ask yourself first if he considered your feelings when he decided to sit on his a** and let you do everything.
Think about it hard for about 5 minutes. Then go talk to him.

Hurt his feelings? You have to bring it up, and he's going to get mad that you called him out because he's not paying, he's going to give you excuses, and you have to stand up for yourself.

There is no nice way... tell him to get off his A$$ and get a job like REAL men do.

You should sue him. Why do you want him as a friend though? Seems counterproductive to me.
