Good question, a star for you.

You said it correctly " we are not able to choose the right job to the right person".... believe it or not there are few ex-captains/cricketers who are playing politics with Indian cricket. They do not want to come up and playing behind the curtain.. Current BCCI boss is a pure politician and he doesn't have enough time to look in deep, so whats happening here he is taking feedback from few ex-cricketees who are standing behind him. Ultimate what they are saying is happening here...... The day will come when they will fall on their face.......hope for the best.

Good Idea!
That's what India should do. Guys like Sunil Gavaskar, Kapil Dev, or even non-captains should be the boss. That will change the face of Indian Cricket after all, they know the inner roads of CRICKET
