First it's not really a trade, it's a transfer.

Second of all - here are the steps.

First - you must have the National Dex in "Diamond" or "Pearl." Keep the DS game in the DS. Put Fire Red or Leaf Green in the bottom slot of the DS.

Turn the DS on. Select Diamond or Pearl like you normally would.
When you get to the menu where it says New Game, etc. - a new option will appear if unlocked. It'll start with "Migrate from" and if you have Fire Red in the 2nd slot, it'll say "Migrate from Fire Red" so select that and you'll be sent into Fire Red's PC. Select any 6 Pokémon. You must select 6 Pokémon - no more, no less. Once you do, you'll be prompted for confirmation so after that is all done, they'll be sent into the DS game's Pal Park so start the DS game then head to Pal Park.

In order to find Pal Park, go to Sandgem Town and go south and you would be able to surf there. Once you've been in the building once, it will be registered as a Fly location so that you will be able to Fly back there.

Anyway once there, go into Pal Park and talk to the guy there. He'll ask you if you want to take part in a Catching Show so say yes and he will give you 6 Park Balls and then you will be sent into Pal Park. Basically it's kind of a hide and find game. You just go around the place and look for the Pokemon. The only Pokémon available there are the ones that you have sent in yourself. Anyway once you've caught all 6 of them - you'll be kicked out.

Here are some other things to add. You can only transfer Pokémon as long as they aren't holding mail and as long as they don't know any HM moves.

Another thing to add is that you can only transfer 6 per day per cart.

Oh yeah, a few other things to add. You can only transfer if you have at least 7 Pokémon in Fire Red or Leaf Green.
You cannot transfer Pokémon in "Fire Red" or "Leaf Green" if they're in your party - they MUST be in the PC Box in order to transfer.

Also make sure to think carefully about what Pokémon you're transferring because once you've transferred the Pokémon - they CANNOT go back. Once they're in Diamond or Pearl, they're there for good.

No for some reasons. the main considerable reason is that GBA video games performed on the DS/DSi are in straight forward terms in unmarried participant mode. additionally the ds gadget in basic terms lacks any way for the GBA to hook up with something it in basic terms would not exist.
