I've been on two pills. I'm on Cyclessa now, which has had a stronger effect on these two things. Ortho Tri Cyclen Lo affected my mood for about 3 months, and my sex drive never lowered. However, OTC Lo DID stop working*, and Cyclessa has not.
*Didn't get pregnant, but cramps and menstruation returned to pre-pill levels, indicating that they were no longer effective

I'm on Kariva and I am not as moody as I was on other birth control and I still have my libido.

all pills can have this affect but not on everyone, that's why there are so many types, different pills have different affect of different people its a matter of finding the right one for you

I would suggest maybe a lo-dosage. I am on that, but I do not feel much moodier than usual and also I think that everything works well for me!

im not sure of pills but im on ortho evra (the patch) and i have not had either of those things. (ive been on it for two years)
