Yes. Too bad it isn't a couple of years so we don't have to hear about her lame life.

I think I don't give rats about that prostitute. It's unfair you are forced to know about her dumb life. The war in Irak, people dying in Africa from starvation?, who cares!, but if Paris Hilton breaks a nail it makes national news. 45 days in jail is nothing compared to what the rest of us would have to go through if we dared drive on a suspended license, but celebrities get a different treatment, I bet she won't see the inside of the jail, she will make some sort of deal. What a sad, retarded society we live in seriously.

Whether it will humble her or she'll use it to her advantage is something the courts can't control. It's not overkill because she knowing did it, she signed a paper saying she knew she wasn't suppose to drive with a suspended license, on top of that she did it twice. I think she deserved it.

In PA where I'm from, the time spent in jail is no longer than 1year and a fine of min. 200 dollars. So NO I do not think that this is fair, she should definatly have to spend 1 year in jail, and pay the fee of 200 dollars. That is if she lived in pa. there must be like a waiver or something, in (planet paris) wherever she maybe from.

i don´t think it´s fair, she drove on a suspended license which in my opinion is a crime because she knew she already had pending this dui hearing. I would say that they overreacted by giving her a dui i don´t think her level of alcohol was really bad, you can still drive fine with that level. I am just waiting for Nicole Ritchie´s sentence maybe they will air "The simple life" from jail for next season will be a nice twist.

She will probably not go to jail because it would be too dangerous to put her in with actual people. She would ask a stupid question and get laughed at which would confuse her and cause mental anguish. Her lawyers would then sue for the equivalent of the GDP of a small European principality. Thus bankrupting the City, and putting hundreds of municipal employees out of work.

If she violated probation, she got off easy. I know a person that got sentenced to 3 months in jail for violating his probation when he drove without a license. And yes she will probly use it to her advantage. To get more attention like she always does. Her next thing will probly be "The Simple Life:County Jail"

She'll probably spend a day or so in there and thn get out. I think she should have to stay the whole 45 days. And whats up with her getting a whole month to prepare to go? Don't they usually cuff you and put you in jail right then? Why does she get special treatment?

a slapped wrist might want to do this woman bypass yet on the different hand, they could be using her to be an celebration. if all she were given is 40 5 days, then she is getting off ordinary. she will be in a position of sit down in a cellular all through herself, not have the different communications with different prisoners. she will be in a position of under no circumstances comprehend the real experience of detention center. would not that is humorous to imagine of someone making her their bioche? that makes me chuckle. i don't think of this a great vacation selection for her and that i don't think of orange will be her shade.
