The secret to torching a car is to pour a gallon of gas on the tire closest to the gas tank. Take a pack of matches and a lit cigarette, put the cigarette on the matches with about an inch to burn.
You have 5 minutes to walk away.

Nothing.
Success and silence are the best forms of revenge.
Be above it, ignore it...or file legal charges to recoup damages if you have proof. But, a personal attack from you in return will only fuel their fire and probably result in another, possibly more damaging action by them towards you.
I think it's most satisfying to make it clear that they mean nothing to you and their little childish games aren't worth your time. But I would take steps to protect myself and my property...a car alarm, for example.

Saran wrap their car! Go to Sam's Club and stock up baby!
This works best in warm climates where it can bake to the car.
