Oh! it is fortunate to look younger to the eyes of the public!!!
Luckily, you didn't look older !!!
Having baby face or chubby face certainly not a problem as long you look presentable...
For me, it is so cute to have baby face you know...
So, if it's come to the question of whether it is attractive or not....Ehmmm...
Depends on the person taste !!!
Some thinks that you look cute but some may not!!!
As for me...not everybody who looks pretty or beautiful looks CUTE...but whoever looks cute can always show the inner beauty indirectly...
So, i think you shouldn't too worried about it..^^
If you really want to look more mature, then you may consider wearing more mature looking outfit or put on some light make up...
Since you are still 16, i think you should stay CUTE, as what you are!!!

Im 13 and have a baby face (pictures from age 5 to now are identical) but i think i'm radiant! Plus on the bright side when your 50 you could look like a 30 year old!

It depends on how the rest of you look. If you are an altogether chubby person, then the chubby baby face is not going to look as cute, but having a baby face is really cute so keep it as long as you can.

Im 23 and i always get told i look 16...it bothers me, especially when guys say it. Dont really think guys like someone who looks young unless they are into that type of thing or if they are old...you just got to let your personality shine through!!?
