but as they're in Japanese I don't understand enough to be certain how to do it! For example, does it say that I can substitute water for milk, or not? It's pretty confusing, and I'll be very grateful for your help!

And also, does it need to be kept in the refrigerator after being made up?

Where has the third answer gone? I was going to give it the best answer, but I had to wait for 4 hours after asking, and now it's gone! How odd.

①Pour the 65g package mix into a bowl and add 90ml of water *OR milk.
②Whip/whisk the ingredients in the bowl for about 1 minute.
③Put the whipped mixture into the pastry bag and use on cookies, cakes, fruits....
*If using milk you may want to refridgerate.

♡This is good as cake filling, especially rolled cakes. Yummy on strawberry tarts too.

It says mix 90ml of milk or water
whip for about a minute, put it in a pastry decorating bag and decorate fruits, cakes cookies..etc......
