I worked for a property management company and when the person's credit report had an eviction--that was an automatic no thank you.

Your best bet is to stick with small complexes or a house where they are owned by a person and not a management company.

The eviction will stay on your credit report just like a bankruptcy or repossession.

Call a lender and pay for your credit report. Very few landlords or management companies report to credit agencies.

If it is there, you will have to be up front with a management company. If you have a co-signer, that would help in many cases.

Also, most management companies are inept. They take anyone with a check that can fog a mirror.

Good luck

You can rent a house, condo, or duplex where an individual owns that is not a member of the credit bureaus.

Check it out, and good luck to you!

That would depend on the manager/owner. Explain to them about you're making a lot more now, so there should be no problems.
