It involves adjusting the spokes. Not the easiest thing to do if you haven't done it before. Bike shops have a jig which helps them do it accurately. Take it to them, it can't cost much.

Put the rim in a vice and then line it up with a piece of wood. push against the piece of wood, straightening the rim. Good luck!! I hope i was of assistance!!!

Depending how bad it is bent, I think you can straighten it out by adjusting the spokes.

It's a REAL pain in the @$$ if you don't know how to do it.
You could make it worse very easily, and it's very difficult to explain via YA.
You need to be taught by hand.

you can buy a spoke wrench and tighten the spokes to straighten it but its kinda tuff to do

Take the nuts off. Pull the axles out.Naaaaaw I cant do this.
