well, when I see someone like that, I think "whoa, don't you look in the mirror, don't you care?" but then I feel bad for thinking that and feel sorry for them instead.

I met a very nice woman the other day. And she wasnt a very talkative soul, just sort of sat there. I had to work at the conversation. She was very monosyllabic. (my new big word! I love readers digest! LOL) And she had the biggest mole on her forehead. And I kept looking at it, and back to her eyes and back to the mole, then I'd tell myself that she could clearly see that I was looking at the mole so stop it! Well I tried.
Do you remember that commercial where the couple is visiting "Aunt MOLE"? Well I thought of that commercial while Im talking to her and now Im afraid Im going to blurt out "Oh gee looky there, my shoe has a mole in it" or something like that. So Im trying not to look at the mole or say mole and working the conversation. It was awful, just awful!!
Ive decided in the future, Im just going to pretend I dont see her! LOL
I know I wrote a book, I just didnt know how to shorten it! Funnnny question. Thanks, it feels soooooooooooooo good to get that off my chest!

I would be ashamed of myself if I ever had a mean thought about someones looks. We have to remind ourselves I think that we are not oil paintings ourselves, that people are human and have feelings and that anyone, anyday can be transformed by an accident, ageing etc.. we all are not immune from being in this scenario.

WOW you really thought a bunch of people would tell you that they had mean thoughts about someone ugly. perhaps you thought people would instantly tell you about an ugly person because they constituted ugly by looks. wow.....i've never met you and i can tell just by your question you are ugly! not by your looks but by your intent. you have a mean streak, a nasty streak. that my friend, is just down right UGLY!! pure and simple. sorry that noone you can "relate" to has come up with some twisted thoughts to entertain you.....(oh and the ones that actually do talk about "ugly" people are probably teenagers....btw how old are you!?!?)

I feel aweful whenI think that, but I do know what you mean, or when someone is wearing a shirt/pants that just don't fit them right, and it keeps accenting bad parts of them I just feel sorry for them. I can dress really nerdy sometimes, so I guess i shouldn't be talking, but yea, I know what you mean.

I never have MEAN thoughts about the way someone looks. But I don't understand people who get SOOO much plastic surgery that they just look ridiculous.

There are many physically unattractive people.........but since I have gotten older I try to look beyond the physical appearances........hell, I have seen people whose looks could stop a heart, raise the dead, and stop all wars

If I have seen someone so ugly its because of their personality, and NOT their looks.
