Going down with the ship is generally seen as more noble than rats who dessert.
In this case, the phrase really holds no water.

the two the suffering and the artwork that his Father had given him to do replaced into finished. because of the fact the sacrifices of the previous had had no result on the hearts of God's human beings our lord god had despatched His son. interior the words of the myth he taught the owner of the winery stated ,"definitely they'll comprehend my son." yet as interior the myth they hadn't respected him, they have been green with envy of his authority and killed him. our lord god is conscious the top from the commencing up, as we see in Scripture, yet Jesus willingly went by this dreadful ordeal for our sakes. Jesus has blotted out our sins via his sacrifice if we have confidence in him and in our lord god. So Jesus' earthly artwork as a mortal finished and he gained eternal existence and is on the final hand of his Father in heaven. As he advised his disciples he will return interior the dignity of his Father at a time as quickly as we don't assume him. he will advance the lifeless and there will be judgement. After that Jesus is to establish the dominion for his Father because of the fact the Scriptures let us know. What we would desire to do intervening time is to be truthful and obedient and look ahead to his coming and study our Bibles so as that we understand greater of his Father's plan and purpose with the earth.

Likely nothing, they certainly have problems don't they. But considering the democrats leadership is composed of a slate of corrupt and many convicted criminals, or soon to be indicted ones, like Diane Fienstein shoveling massive government contracts to her husbands companies, or Alcee Hastings convicted of taking bribes while sitting as a Federal Judge, or the #3 of the party James Clyburn of SC indicted on too many corruptions charges to list, or Harry 'sweetheart real estate deal' Reid, or Hillary I can't speak without telling an absurd lie' Clinton, or William 'I gots cold, real cold cash' Jefferson, and others by the dozen, the republicans are not really concerned. Especially when the star studded cast of characters of the democrat party keeps screaming about the so called republican 'culture of corruption' truly makes them look stupid beyond belief. The American public might be a little slow on some things, but they will certainly smell the reeking cess pool demonstrated by the all too self righteous democrats.

The Democrats aren't perfect, but the body count is SO much lower!
I hope "going down with the ship" means that they sink to the bottom of the political and historical ocean and never come back up.
But, this current crowd isn't made up of "real" Republicans.
- Real Republicans cherish and respect our Constitution and the written and un-written rules of acceptable international behavior.
- Real Republicans have always supported the separation of church and state, as specified by our Constitution.
- Real Republicans believe in "small" government that doesn't infringe on the lives of its citizens.
- Real Republicans believe in fiscal conservatism - not record-breaking deficits and tax cuts in time of war.
- Real Republicans believe in DIPLOMACY - that's D I P L O M A C Y. It means TALKING with other governments to resolve differences, not in launching ill-conceived attacks on sovereign countries, destroying legitimate governments, and killing people just because they have the resources to do the job.
- Real Republicans don't strut and posture like little boys posing for Dad's camera.
- Real Republicans have integrity and hate the abuse of power.
Personally, I perfer competence in government over what the current crowd has brought us and the world - incompetence, corruption, and cronyism. For the first time in my life, I don't capitalize "president of the United States" because the title has been so dishonored by the current occupant of the office.
And the "war on terror" is the biggest joke next to "homeland security department." Unfortunately, neither joke is funny, at all.
Maybe Bush really is trying to bring "the rapture" that scary Christians anticipate with great joy? Could anyone accidentally be this incompetent?
This man, Shrub, and his crowd of goons have destroyed my party and my religion, and they're working hard on destroying my country. I hate them, and I hope they all sink deeply into the mists of history, to rot in self-inflicted ignomity.
Yes, if we have much history left, Bush will be remembered as the worst president we've ever had. It's a title he's worked hard to earn, and, unfortunately, he has succeeded.

Well Before or after another 8 years of the Presidency?
I'm pretty sure after America gets to know Hillary in a campaign, and as Pelosi and Reed continue to speak, Republicans will soon have the Senate and Congress as well.
So while I won't go down with "The God Ship Democrat", ask President Clinton, I'm sure he wil find someone to "Go Down" with..........
See ya at the polls. Oh, and no dead voters this time...Fair enough???

I won't fall for your statement ending with a question mark.
I will say that both parties are sinking. Perhaps within the next 2 or 3 elections, they will both be replaced.

It means that they rather believe their captain when he says that there is no hole in the boat when there is, instead of saving the crew by bailing out.
