yes... I don't like the message some of these songs bring. the videos are all the same too... half naked women and men dressed in clothes way too big for them and nasty lyrics. Even the creator of Hip Hop is asking that the words 'N' and 'B' be left out of the songs. It does nothing good for anyone.

RIP Tupac N Biggie smalls
as far as listening to the music it depends on the mentality of the person who listens to it- and where they came from. The truth is thats just how some of us are raised and like a person in the country wants to listen to country music a person in the urban city wants to listen to what they relate to - and of course you have those black white mexican and asian who want to copy what they hear because it is so cool to be any one but your self right? those are just self esteem issues not music writers and performers issues -
i dont support every rapper out there but i refuse to down them because a woman is called a hoa in the video - if you dont want to be called a hoa then talk to these woman and tell them not to go to the concert - not to dance in the video -
and just because some one is called a hoa in a video doesnt mean that person says every female is a hoa -
prostitution and strip clubs were everwhere before rap was born - all rappers did was put it out there for everyone to see -
hope some of this makes sence to someone besides me -
the stop snitching campaign - F A SNITCH - its not right that by telling on someone else you get easy street - ecspecially with the incident that happened in atlanta recently - a senior citizens house gets raided and she gets shot defending herself and she lived there by herself - and the police tried to cover it up and say a snitch told them wrong - i think 30 percent of times snitches are used they end up in false convictions - i think one is to many thats like telling the innocent people on death row sorry i flipped the switch now that we see it wasnt you - my house got raided because of something someone said - i had a gun put to my head and was takein to jail for disorderly conduct - a fuhkin police raid and no one in the house got worse than disorderly conduct - the other half of the peoples cases were dismissed the only reason i had to pay anything is because someone had a nickle bag of weed in their pocket in my house- a nickle bag of weed - i dont even smoke weed dont allow it to be smoked in my house - all because someone lied about what was goin on in that house -u dayumn right fuhk a snitch -
theyll never silence hip hop its more than music its a communtiy - i listen to underground more than anything because so much is mainstream anymore - but it wont ever change -

No hip hop is just fine. RAP is kind of bad but what about all of this crazy hard metal music these crazy white kids listen too. Because they are the ones who bring knifes, and guns to school saying they are going to kill people. Isnt that bad or is it okay since they are white?
